Refreshing Raita fortified with AdVital is high in protein, energy dense, and provides a good source of Vitamin D and Calcium.

Ingredients

1½ cups (360g) Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt

2 scoops (80g) AdVital

½ cup chopped cucumber

¼ cup mint, finely chopped

¼ cup coriander, finely chopped

Directions

1Place ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
