An easy side loved by all, these Potato Wedges fortified with AdVital is high in protein and provides a good source of Vitamin D and Calcium.

  • Yields: 4 serves

Ingredients

4 medium (about 200g each) unpeeled potatoes, cut into wedges

2 scoops AdVital

2½ tbsp (50mL) oil

Directions

1Preheat oven to 200°C conventional/180°C fan forced.

2Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

3Toss the uncooked potato wedges in oil then dip or roll in AdVital and coat well.

4Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve.

Hints & Tips

  • Serve with mayonnaise (refer to Mayonnaise Recipe) or sweet chilli sauce.
  • Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
