Potato & Cauliflower Mash

Fluffy Potato & Cauliflower Mash fortified with AdVital Powder is high in protein, energy dense, and provides a good source of Vitamin A & D and Calcium.

- Yields: 4 serves
1Cook potato and cauliflower in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
2Drain potatoes in a colander. Stand for approximately 10 minutes ensuring all excess moisture is gone.
4Add butter, AdVital Powder and half the cheese. Beat until fluffy. Season to taste.
5Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve, or place mash into a tray, place under a grill until cheese melts and serve.
Hints & Tips
- For a gourmet mash, add 100g blue cheese or crumble over the top when serving.
- Replace cauliflower with any vegetable you enjoy.

- Replace the cauliflower with the same amount of carrot.
