

Mashed Orange Veggies

Vibrant Mashed Orange Veggies fortified with AdVital Powder is high in protein and provides a good source of Vitamin D and Calcium.
- Prep: 15 mins
- Cook: 20 mins
- Yields: 4 serves
Directions
1Place all vegetables into a large saucepan, cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until very tender but not falling apart.
2Drain vegetables well in a colander. Stand for approximately 10 minutes ensuring all excess moisture is gone.
3Mash.
4Add AdVital Powder, beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. Season to taste and serve.
Variation: Duchess Potatoes
1Pipe into high mounds on a lined and greased oven tray.
2Glaze with 1 tsp beaten egg.
3Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.

- Garnish with finely chopped parsley or a sprinkle of cumin.
