Canned Soup

Your choice of creamy Canned Soup fortified with AdVital is high in protein, energy dense, and provides a good source of Vitamin A & D and Calcium.

1 (420g) can condensed creamy soup (e.g. Cream of Chicken, Cream of Vegetable, Cream of Mushroom)

Full cream milk

4 scoops (160g) AdVital


1Empty the can of soup into a saucepan and gradually stir in the quantity of milk as directed on can.

2Follow can heating instructions.

3When the soup is ready, whisk in AdVital until smooth. Adjust the consistency and taste of the soup as desired with more milk, water or cream.

4Return soup to stove and reheat gently then serve.

Recipe Notes

Hints & Tips

  • For heartier soups, microwave a cup of diced vegetables and stir in when reheating.
  • Garnish with paprika, parsley or grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, refer to Plain Yoghurt Recipe.
  • Creamy soups work best.
  • Avoid tomato-based soups.

  • Use a FODMAP friendly soup that is free of dairy, gluten, onion and garlic.
  • Use water or lactose free milk.
