Nourishing Banana Smoothie fortified with AdVital is high in protein, energy dense, and provides a good source of Vitamin A & D and Calcium.

  • Yields: 2 serves

Ingredients

1½ cups of chopped cold banana

1 cup (250mL) milk

2 scoops (80g) AdVital

Directions

1Place all ingredients into blender.

2Blend until smooth.

3Pour into two glasses and serve.
